These workouts are usually combined with heavy resistance training, interval weight training and muscular endurance to build you STRONG for whatever life throws at you.

Is a specialised programmed work out that is a mixture of our “secret” work out blends. We like to keep you guessing ha-ha! The idea of our Saturday workout is to strengthen our community through a team work style coaching method, have fun, burn calories, and create body fatigue in preparation for an amazing weekend.
